To add a new hosting package to your existing billing account, you can order on our website and enter the primary e-mail address associated with your existing billing account. During the order process, we will prompt you to provide your billing account password. (If you do not remember what that is, there is an option to have the password e-mailed to you.) Once you complete the order, it will be listed as a new hosting package within your billing account.
Shared and reseller packages can also be purchased from within your billing account, under Hosting Packages > Add New Package.
You can only sign up on our website as a new customer. If you want to add new hosting plans to your existing account, you can purchase those from within your billing account, under Hosting Packages > Add New Package.
To add a new hosting account to your billing account, email email@example.com with your order, and we will get it setup for you. For the protection of your account, please include the last 4 digits of the credit card you pay with.
